About Us

Insight Meditation Center

One Mind Dharma is a donation-based meditation center in the Insight Meditation tradition. Rooted in the Buddha’s teachings on developing insight through mindfulness practice, we follow in the lineage of the teachers of Spirit Rock and Insight Meditation Society.

At One Mind Dharma, we investigate mindfulness, compassion, and the development of wisdom through meditation practices. All of our classes are beginner-friendly, and no prior experience with meditation is necessary.

He has worked with many notable Buddhist teachers and his current teacher is Kevin Griffin.

OUR STORY

One Mind Dharma started in 2010 as an online meditation community offering blogs, guided meditations, and inspirational emails. About four years ago we expanded into teaching in person classes at various places. We have held groups at yoga studios, addiction treatment centers, therapy offices, and even a fitness studio. It always been our dream to one day have our own location that is dedicated to meditation where we could offer classes.

The wonderful community of people who meditate with us both online and in person have now made it possible to open our center in Petaluma. We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of our community for making this dream become a reality. Our center is located in Petaluma, CA and open to everyone who is looking for meditation groups.
